1. The service

StarkMeet provides free browser-based video meetings and an optional Windows desktop app. The service is offered "as is". We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use StarkMeet for unlawful content or activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use meetings to harass others; respect the law and the people in your room.

3. Your content

Everything you say, show or type in a meeting stays yours. StarkMeet does not record meetings or claim any rights over your content.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide no uptime guarantee on the free plan. Rooms close when the last participant leaves; no meeting data persists afterwards.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarkMeet is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service.
